3. Quotations & Estimates

  • All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

  • Quotations are based on information provided at the time and may change if additional work, materials, or site conditions are identified.

Any variations or additions must be agreed in writing before extra work is undertaken

4. Booking & Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking or order materials.

  • The balance is due on completion of works unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, cheque, or other agreed methods.

  • Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Cancellations & Delays

  • If you need to cancel or postpone work, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • We reserve the right to charge for costs already incurred (e.g. ordered materials or labour allocation).

  • Delays caused by weather, supply issues, or unforeseen site conditions may affect completion dates. We will always communicate promptly and work to minimise disruption.

6. Standards & Liability

  • All work will be carried out with reasonable care, skill, and in accordance with relevant industry standards.

  • Materials used will be of suitable quality and as specified in your quotation.

  • We are not liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. severe weather, supplier failure, or client-provided materials).

  • Our total liability is limited to the value of the contract or works carried out.

7. Site Access & Safety

•    Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area for our team and equipment.
•    We reserve the right to stop work if conditions are unsafe or access is restricted.
•    The client is responsible for removing or protecting any valuables or items that could be damaged during the works.

8. Warranty & Aftercare

•    We stand by the quality of our work. Any issues must be reported in writing within 14 days of completion.
•    Our guarantee covers workmanship but not damage caused by misuse, third parties, natural events, or lack of maintenance.

9. Website Use

•    The content on our website is provided for general information only and may change without notice.
•    We do not guarantee that the website will be free from errors or interruptions.
